摘    要:用离子束低、中、高剂量处理油菜干种子,其后代出现了包括出苗率、叶片长宽、植株高度、生育期、分枝数、单株角果数、每角粒数、千粒重、脂肪酸、含油量等形态特征和生物学特性的多种突变体。结果显示,同一品种对离子束不同剂量的反应不同,不同品种对同一剂量的反应也不尽相同。综合分析各种剂量的诱变效应,氮离子(N+)中(1200×2.6×1013N+/cm2)、高(1600×2.6×1013N+/cm2)剂量的处理,油菜变异类型较多。

Abstract:Rape seeds were treated by ion beam with low, middle, high doses. There were many mutants in their generation. They were mutants in leaf length and width, plant height, maturity, number of branches, pods per plant, seeds per pod, 1 000 seeds weight, fatty acids component and oil content. Results showed: the reactions of variety to different doses were not same. The inductive effect of different doses, middle and high doses of nitrogen ion were better. More mutants were induced by middle and high dose of nitrogen ion.
