新农村乡风文明信息化建设问题研究

新农村乡风文明的信息化建设,是新形势下党中央、国务院为切实解决农业、农村、农民问题,统筹城乡、经济社会协调发展而建立的,对于提高农民文化素质水平,减轻精神文明建设的负担,解决因盲致贫、因病返贫问题具有重要作用。当前农村乡风文明的信息化建设工作得到了很大的发展,并且也逐渐被农户们所接受和支持,但是我们也应该看到,发展乡风文明的信息化建设并建立长效机制是1项长期事业,本文通过对当前新农村乡风文明信息化建设的调查研究,从中发现在开展过程中存在的问题,进一步提出大力落实和开展乡风文明的信息化建设的相关对策性措施及建议。

Study on the Information Construction of Local Custom Civilization in Socialist New Countryside

The information construction of local custom civilization in socialist new countryside was made by the Party Central Committee and State Council under the new situation to effectively solve the issues of agriculture, rural areas and farmers and coordinate the urban and rural economic and social harmonious development, which played important roles in improving farmers＇ quality, lightening the burdens of spiritual civilization construction, and solving the poverty problems. The information construction of local custom civilization had gained highly improvement, which was gradually received and supported by farmers. The information construction of local custom civilization in socialist new countryside was surveyed. The problems were found. The measures and suggestions to implement the information construction of local custom civilization were put forward.
