| 摘 要： | 在调查和分析退耕还林还草问题的基础上,结合奉节县自然地理情况,提出了在奉节县退耕还草使用生物围栏发展围栏轮牧的思路。这是加快生态建设,发展经济,促进林牧互相结合共同发展,使生态效益、经济效益与社会效益相协调的重要措施。

| Abstract: | On the base of investigating and analyzing questions of returning farmland to grassland, combining with the situation of Fengjie county, We device the way of returning the farmland to grassland and rotational grazing by fence in Fengjie county. This is a new act of accelerating ecology construction, meeting people's life demand, protecting environment for a long time, and also combining of forest and grazing, promoting each other, and combining ecological, economical and social benefits uniformly. |
