摘    要:我国是食用菌第一生产大国,拥有大量的食用菌废弃物资源,但当前食用菌菌渣利用率较低,造成乡村污染的现象依然存在。因此,有必要开展菌渣等废弃物循环利用技术与合理开发模式研发,尤其要建立并完善农田秸秆菌业循环生产体系,通过菌渣还田、有机与无机肥的科学施肥等技术提高农田生态系统生产力,是实现资源高效循环利用的有效途径之一。该文主要论述食用菌渣循环利用技术方式以及对农田生态环境影响的主要评价指标,以深入探讨菌渣回田对农田生态环境影响及实施成效。

Abstract:China is the largest producer of edible fungi and has a large number of waste resources,but low utilization ratio of edible fungus dregs which polluted villages.So it is necessary to carry out the researches on recycling technology and reasonable development modes of edible fungi residue and establish and improve the farmland straw-edible fungi recycle production system to improve the productivity of farmland ecological system by returning residue to farmland and scientific application of organic-inorganic fertilizer,which is the effective way to realize officient resources utilization.This paper mainly discussed the cyclic utilization technology of edible fungus dregs and the main assessment indices of farmland ecological environment in order to explore the effects and achievements of returning residue to farmland eco-environment.
