脉冲烟雾机燃烧室—喷管工作频率的研究

摘    要:用于林木病虫害防治的便携式脉冲烟雾机,其燃烧室-喷管为主要工作部件。笔者针对燃烧室-喷管工作频率的计算公式进行推导和分析,并通过试验进行验证,证实了本文所建立的燃烧室-喷管工作频率计算公式的可行性和精确性。

Abstract:A portable pulse fogger is mainly used in forestry disease and insect control. The combustion chamber and its tailpipe are main parts of the fogger. The combustion chamber and its tailpipe can be treated as an unit of a volume component and a straight tube in deducing and attaining both complete and simplified formulas for calculating the frequency of a pulse engine. The theoretical value of the pulse frequency of the combustion chamber and tailpipe was calculated from two formulas by changing both the tailpipe length and the volume of the combustion chamber in proper order. The calculated results were compared with the experimental data. It was proved that the value calculated from the complete formula was more accurate than the one from the simplified formula. However, the complete formula was a transcendental equation that was usually difficult to solve. This paper presented the calculating precision and the application of the two formulas.
