粉白金龟幼虫空间分布型及抽样技术的研究

<正>研究昆虫在自然环境中的空间分布型,对阐明其种群特征具有一定的意义。通过研究,不仅可以揭示出种群的空间型特征,有助于进行精确而有效的抽样设计,而且可以通过种群分布的各种信息,分析害虫的生物学特性和对环境条件的适应程度,同时亦可对研究资料提出适当的数理统计方法,有助于提高测报质量和防治技术。

A STUDY ON THE DISTRIBUTION PATTERN AND SAMPLING METHOD OF THE LARVAE OF CYPHOHILUS SP.

In order to understand the distribution pattern of the larvae of cyphochilus sp. in Masson pine forest fields, a series of observations were made in 1985. Nine methods and ten indices of aggregation were reviewed and compared with their applications in the study of the spatial distribution of the larvae. All indices indicate that distribution of the larvae were of an aggregated pattern, and it can de represented by negative binomial series.The results of five sampling methods show that the sampling of parallel lines proved to be the best.The theoretical sampling number of forest survey was aualysed and calculated, and sampling precision was also estimated.
