摘    要:海参(Sea cucumbers)是民间珍贵的药膳食品,海参体壁中含有的多糖成分具有抗肿瘤、抗血凝、抗衰老、抗放射、增强免疫力等多种生理功能.本文介绍了海参多糖的分离、提取、纯化及纯度鉴定方面的相关技术,阐述了海参多糖主要生物活性及开发途径,并提出其研发方向.

Abstract:Sea cucumber is a civilian precious medicinal diet.The polysaccharide contained in the body wall of sea cucumber,has various physiological functions such as anti-tumor,anti-hemagglutination,anti-aging,anti-radiation,immune enhancement and so on.This paper presented the methods of extracting,separating and purifying polysaccharide from sea cucumber,and illuminated its main biological activities and the method of development.And it also pointed out the prospect of future research.
