蕉柑幼果内源激素和多胺的消长与种子败育的关系

摘    要:从幼果生理活性物质消长方面对蕉柑少籽原因进行分析.结果表明:(1)内源生长调节物相对含量、多胺总量和精胺(Spm)水平与胚珠败育有关,内源吲哚乙酸(IAA)、脱落酸(ABA)含量,ABA/IAA比值,腐胺(Put)、亚精胺(Spd)水平均与胚珠败育及珠心胚的发生发育有一定联系,它们的曲线都在胚珠败育或珠心胚发生的关键时刻出现折点,尤其是ABA/IAA比值变化最为突出,说明激素间的平衡对调控胚珠发育起了重要作用;(2)内源生长调节物除IAA、ABA外,还要注意酚类物质和GA的作用;(3)IAA含量受过氧化物酶(POD)和吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性影响少,而基本上和总酚含量呈负相关.

The dynamics of endogenous growth regulators and polyamines in young fruits of Jiaogan and their relationships to seed abortion
Abstract:In this experiment, a further study was conducted on sterility of Jiaogan(Citrus tankan Tanaka) in the aspects of decrease and increase in physiological active substances in young fruits. The results were as follows: showed that, (1) the relative concentration of endogenous growth regulators,the total concentration of polyamines and the level of Spermine(Spm) were related to ovules abortion; the concentration of endogenous IAA and ABA, the ratio of ABA/IAA and the level of putrescine (Put) and Spermidine(Spd) were related to ovules abortion and nucellar embryos′ originating and developing; the turning point of their curves appeared at the crucial time of ovules abortion beginning or nucellar embryos originating; the variation in the ratio of ABA/IAA, especially, was distinct, showing that the balance of hormones was critical to regulating the development of ovules and nucellar embryos; (2) endogenous growth regulators included other kinds of growth substances besides IAA and ABA,the role of phenol and GA could not be neglected; (3)the content of IAA was little affected by peroxidase and IAA oxidase, but was negatively correlated to the total content of phenol.
