授粉品种和花粉量对鸭梨果实花萼宿存的影响

用不同浓度的秋子梨和白梨为鸭梨授粉,以研究授粉品种和授粉量对鸭梨果实萼片宿存的影响。结果表明:在鸭梨果实上存在明显的花粉直感现象,以秋子梨授粉,鸭梨果实花萼宿存率高,而白梨授粉花萼宿存率较低;授粉时加入填充剂的比例明显地影响花萼宿存率,填充剂加入越多,花萼宿存率越低,即使使用秋子梨授粉,也可以达到理想的授粉效果,表明柱头接受的花粉量对萼片宿存有重要作用;花粉与填充剂比例达到1∶7~1∶11时,既能保证适当坐果率又能降低萼片宿存率。

Effect of pollinating varieties and pollen amount on persistent calyx of Ya pear

Ya pear was pollinated by Ussiurian and Brestsheneidederi pear to explore the effect of pollinating varieties and pollen amount on persistent calyx of Ya pear.The relational experiment of Ya pear indicated that the pollination on the fruit had evident xenity.By using ussiurian pear as pollenizer,the rate of persistent clayx was high,while the rate of persistent clayx was low by using brestsheneidederi as pollenizer.In addition,the rate of adding solid diluent had great influence on the rate of persistent calyx.The more the amount of solid diluent was,the lower the rate of persistent calyx was.Even if ussiuran pear used was as pollenizer,the rate of persistent calyx could be up to satisfactory poliniational effect,which indicated that the pollen amount accepted by stigmas had great effect on the rate of persistent calyx.When the rate between pollen and solid was 1∶7,1∶9 and 1∶11,the rate of persistent calyx was low.
