| 摘 要： | 文章从赤峰市自然环境特点和历史文化背景,结合城市发展的需求,提出了"龙乡山水林城,塞外宜居赤峰"的森林城市建设理念。通过创建森林城市,努力使赤峰成为"森林进城、车行林中、人走树下、出门见绿、林水相依"的自然山水城市。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the natural environment conditions and historical and cultural background of Chifeng,the concept of building Chifeng into a forest city with the slogan of Chifeng,the home of dragon,a forest city with natural mountains and waters,a homestead beyond the Great Wall.Chifeng city will become a forest city with natural mountains and waters under the concept.It will become a picturesque landscape of forests in city,cars in forest,people under trees,city in green,and forest and water in harmony. |
