电子束对大豆辐射诱变效应的研究

摘    要:试验结果表明,用不同剂量的电子束辐照不同品种的大豆风干种子,既能使M_1的苗高、成株率、孕性、根瘤的固氮酶活性等产生明显的辐射损伤效应,又能诱发M_2的叶绿素、生育期等性状的突变;同时,还表明,电子束与~(60)Co-γ射线相比,具有辐射损伤较轻、诱变效率较高的特点。可以认为电子束是一种较好的诱变源。

Abstract:The electron beams with different doses were used to radiate the air-dried seeds of different soybean varieties. The results show remarked effects of radiation damage which were found on seedling height,survival percentage, fertility and the activity of azotizyme of root nodule etc. in M1 and mutation of chlorophyll, growth period in M2 could be induced. The electron beam compared with 60Co-r ray has less radiation damage and higher mutation frequency. So electron beam may be considered an excellent mutation source.
