摘    要:为探讨NaHSO3溶液对红富士苹果果实产量和品质的影响,以7年生盛果期红富士苹果树为试材,进行了叶面果面喷施不同浓度NaHSO3溶液的试验。结果表明,喷施NaHSO3溶液后,果形均有所改善,果实的产量、着色面积、可溶性固形物、总糖和VC含量均高于对照。其中喷施5 mmol/L NaHSO3溶液处理的果实产量最高,果形指数最佳,果实着色面积最大,可溶性固形物、总糖和VC含量最高。

Abstract:The different concentrations of sodium bisulfite solutions were applied in this experiment to determine their effects on fruit yield and quality of 7-year-old Red Fuji apple trees during abundant yield.The results showed that the fruit shapes were improved,and the yield,red area percent,soluble solid,total sugar and VC contents of fruits increased by foliage spraying sodium bisulfite solutions.The effects were the best after treated with 5 mmol/L NaHSO3 showing the highest fruit yield,the best fruit shape index,the largest red area percent,the highest contents of soluble solid,total sugar and VC.
