多倍体金银花绿原酸的提取工艺优化

摘    要:用5种不同型号树脂对多倍体金银花绿原酸静态吸附和解吸的性能进行试验,筛选出一种对绿原酸吸附和解吸均有较好效果的树脂,即DPH-417型大孔吸附树脂。在选择了DPH-417型树脂后,通过分析乙醇浓度对绿原酸解吸率的影响,得出60%的乙醇为最佳洗脱剂。动态吸附和解吸试验表明,DPH-417型树脂对绿原酸的动态饱和吸附量为70.21 mg/g,动态解吸率为91.2%;对洗脱液进行收集浓缩、冷冻干燥得多倍体金银花绿原酸粗品,绿原酸含量为56.2%。

Abstract:Adsorption and desorption of five types resins for chlorogenic acid of polyploid honeysuckle was studied and screened an resin DPH-417 macroporous resin of better adsorption and desorption on chlorogenic acid. In choosing the DPH-417 resin,the effect of ethanol concentration on the desorption rate of chlorogenic acid were studied and the results showed that 60% ethanol was the best-eluting agent.Dynamic adsorption and desorption experiments showed that,the dynamic saturation adsorption of DPH-417 resin for chlorogenic acid was 70.21 mg/g and dynamic desorption rate was 91.2%; enrichment and freeze-drying of collected eluate,the chlorogenic acid content would reach 56.2%.
