花椒精油萃取方法比较研究

摘    要:从萃取率、萃取时间、萃取油成分及外观颜色等方面比较了超临界CO2萃取方法和常规方法——水蒸汽蒸馏萃取法。结果表明,超临界CO2萃取方法操作自动化程度高,不仅萃取能力强,而且能方便有选择性地萃取所需成分,更适合于热敏性、易氧化物质成分的提取,在花椒调味油开发方面必将得到广泛的应用。

Abstract:The article compared supercritical CO2 extraction with common extraction(steam distillation extraction),putting emphasis on extraction efficiency, extraction time, extract composition and its colour. The results showed that supercritical CO2 extraction not only have high automation and ability of extraction,but also can extact selectively. So it was more suitable to extract temperature-sensitive and oxidizative matter, and supercritical CO2 extraction can be extensively applied in the development of volatile oil from Zanthorylum bungeanum Maxim.
