摘    要:水资源短缺是21世纪人类所面临的最主要问题之一,其对农牧业的发展无疑是一个巨大的挑战。近年来,植物对干旱胁迫的响应已成为国内外的研究热点之一,为此,结合国内外作物和牧草对干旱胁迫响应研究的动态,综述了作物和牧草对干旱胁迫响应及相关机理的研究进展,着重讨论了气孔调节、渗透调节和抗氧化防御系统在其中的重要作用,并对作物和牧草在抗旱研究工作中的思路进行了初步的探讨和展望,以期为节水和旱作农牧业提供借鉴。

Abstract:One of the biggest problems of the world,especially in china,is water deficiency.The response of plants to drought stress is one of the hot topics attracting both national and international attention recently.In this paper,research progress on crop and grass response to drought stress are reviewed in detail in terms of plant reactions under the influence of drought stress,as well as the physiological mechanisms of plants that respond to drought stress.This review emphasizes the plants adaptation to drought stress referring to an index of importance: stomatal regulation,osmotic adjustment,and the antioxidant defense system.Some advice is presented on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the available literature.
