异丙隆和苯磺隆对水稻幼苗生长及叶片内MDA含量的影响

摘    要:目的]研究不同浓度的异丙隆和苯磺隆对水稻幼苗生理生长的影响。方法]以淮稻9号为供试水稻品种,设异丙隆浓度为2.5、5.0、7.5、10.0 mg/ml,苯磺隆浓度为0.2、0.6、1.0、1.4 mg/ml,测定处理后水稻幼苗形态指标和生理指标,并对各指标进行方差分析。结果]异丙隆浓度达7.5~10.0 mg/ml时对根重、苗重的增加有明显的抑制作用,苯磺隆浓度为1.0 mg/ml时也有抑制作用。低浓度的异丙隆能显著抑制根系活力和增加MDA的含量,浓度为2.5 mg/ml时抑制根系活力65.26%,增加MDA含量42.39%。苯磺隆在1.0 mg/ml时抑制根系活力32.83%,在0.2 mg/ml时增加MDA含量27.41%。结论]不同浓度的异丙隆和苯磺隆对水稻幼苗体内物质积累、根系的活力产生显著的抑制作用。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the influences of isoproturon and tribenuron-methyl with different concentrations on the physiological growth of rice seedlings.Method] With Huaidao 9 as tested rice variety, the isoproturon concentrations of 2.5,5.0,7.5 and 10.0 mg/ml and tribenuron-methyl concentrations of 0.2,0.6,1.0 and 1.4 mg/ml were set up.The morphological and physiological indices of treated rice seedlings were determined and the variance analysis was conducted on each index.Result] When the isoproturon concentrations reached 7.5~10.0 mg/ml,it had obvious inhibitory action on the increment of root and seedling weights.Tribenuron-methyl also had inhibitory action when its concentration was 1.0 mg/ml.Isoproturon with low concentrations could inhibit root activity and increase MDA content significantly,when its concentration was 2.5 mg/ml,it inhibited root activity by 65.26% and increased MDA content by 42.39%.When the tribenuron-methyl concentration was 1.0 mg/ml,it inhibited root activity by 32.83% and when its concentration was 0.2 mg/ml,it increased MDA content by 27.41%.Conclusion] Isoproturon and tribenuron-methyl with different concentrations produced significant inhibitory action on substance accumulation in rice seedlings and their root activities.
