摘    要:选用罗曼褐壳蛋鸡960只,随机分为10组,每组96只。将3种锌水平、3种锌源、3种硒水平按3因素3水平L9(3^4)正交设计配制9种预混剂,另加1组对照组计10组预混剂,随机分配到10组试验鸡群中,进行为期30d试验。分别在正式试验开始后的第15、30天,取样化验测定蛋中锌、硒的含量。饲后15d,日粮硒含量显著影响硒在蛋中沉积(P<0.05);饲后30d,日粮锌和硒的含量极显著影响硒在蛋中沉积(P<0.01),锌源也对硒在蛋中的沉积产生显著影响(P<0.05)。饲后15d和30d日粮锌、硒含量及锌源对蛋中锌含量的影响均未达到显著水平(P>0.05)。

Abstract:A total of 960 Lohmann brown laying hens were randomly allotted to one of 10 treatments of 96 hens each. In addition to one control premix, nine experimental premixes were formulated in an orthogonal design of three zinc levels, three zinc sources and three selenium levels. One treatment was randomly fed one of the premixes for 30 days. Both zinc and selenium in eggs were assayed on days 15 and 30 after the experiment started. Accumulation of selenium in eggs was significantly (P<0.05) affected by dietary selenium 15 days after feeding, very significantly (P<0.01) affected by dietary zinc and selenium 30 days after feeding, and also significantly (P<0.05) affected by zinc sources. Zinc levels in eggs were not affected (P>0.05) by dietary zinc and selenium and zinc sources 15 and 30 days after feeding.
