摘    要:观察分析了新型水稻不育系——短光低温敏不育系D38S配组的杂交稻组合对水稻细菌性条斑病的田间抗性表现,初步测定结果为:不同母本与相同父本配组的杂交组合中,以D38S为母本的杂交组合对细菌性条斑病抗性更强,且显症时间更晚;D38S与3个不同父本配组的杂交组合发病程度均明显减轻,症状出现时间相近。表明对水稻细菌性条斑病的田间抗性来自母本D38S,短光低温敏不育系D38S是水稻细菌性条斑病的抗性材料。

Abstract:The field resistance analysis of a new type sterile line, D38S lines breeding by crossing to rice bacterial leaf streak was observed. The result showed that among the lines crossing by different maternal plant and identical paternal, the resistance of lines crossing using D38S as maternal plant against bacterial leaf streak was enhanced, and the symptom appeared behind other lines. The lines crossing by D38S varieties or lines and various different paternal plant revealed high level of resistance. So the field resistance to rice bacterial leaf streak derived from maternal plant D38S, and D38S varieties or lines were sources for resistance to bacterial leaf streak.
