BcBCP1基因耐盐碱玉米对田间节肢动物群落的影响分析

摘    要:利用陷阱调查法跟踪调查全生育期转BcBCP1基因耐盐碱玉米田间地上主要节肢动物群落的种类和数量。结果表明,转BcBCP1基因玉米及其受体玉米自交系黄早四主要害虫、捕食性天敌、地上跳虫的种类和数量上差异不显著,推断耐盐碱转基因玉米的种植对田间节肢动物群落短期内无显著影响。

Abstract:The trap method was used to investigate the amount and the kinds of ground arthropods in the transgenic maize field with BcBCP1 gene. The result showed that there were no significant differences between the transgenic maize field, control in the amount, the kinds of main pest, predators and ground collembolans. The preliminary conclusion was that planting transgenic maize with BcBCP1 gene was risk-free to the ground arthropods in short time.
