外源亚精胺对芽涝玉米根系保护作用的研究

摘    要:以农大108为材料,研究外源亚精胺对淹涝胁迫下玉米幼苗根系细胞膜透性、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)活性以及根尖细胞核DNA损伤情况的影响。结果表明,亚精胺能维持淹涝胁迫下玉米根细胞膜透性的稳定,延缓乳酸脱氢酶和乙醇脱氢酶活性的上升,降低根尖细胞核DNA的损伤百分比和级别。外源亚精胺浸种能提高玉米对芽涝的抵抗能力。

Abstract:Nongda108 was selected as material, the effects of spermidine on the plasmalemma permeability, lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) activity, alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH) activity and nuclear DNA damage of maize seedlings under water logging stress were studied. The results showed that spermidine could maintain the stability of plasmalemma permeability of root under water logging stress, delay the ascent of LDH activity and ADH activity, reduce the DNA damage percentage and level of root tips nuclear. The ability of anti-waterlogging stress of maize seedlings was increased by soaking with exogenous spermidine.
