生物滤塔处理恶臭气体H_2S的研究

摘    要:[目的]研究脱硫细菌的培养驯化、影响脱硫效果的主要因素以及生物滤塔的抗冲击负荷能力。[方法]采用生物滤塔处理恶臭气体H2S。[结果]在进气流量为5 L/min,停留时间为60 s,H2S进气浓度不高于130 mg/m3,生物滤塔最高容积负荷低于188.2 g/(m3.d)时,H2S的去除率基本稳定在98%以上,生物滤塔对H2S进气容积负荷变化的缓冲能力较强,在偶尔超负荷条件下运行,短时间内并不能使系统崩溃,pH值的降低并没有影响H2S的去除效率。[结论]生物滤塔对恶臭气体H2S的处理是完全可行的,效果良好。

Abstract:[Objective]The enrichment and training of sulfur bacteria were carried out,and the effects of main factors on H2S removal and the ability of biofilter to buffer shock loading of the biofilter were studied.[Method]The method of biofilter for treating odor gas containing hydrogen sulfide was investigated.[Result]The results suggested that H2S removal efficiency was higher than 98% when the inlet flow of H2S was 5 L/min,the gas retention time was 60 s,the mass concentration of inlet H2S was below 130 mg/m3,and the maximum volumetric loadings for H2S treatment was below 188.2 g/(m3·d).The reactor could recover quickly in a short time of shock loading.The decrease of pH did not affect the removing efficiency of hydrogen sulfide.[Conclusion]The biofilter can be used to treat hydrogen sulfide with good result.
