节水灌溉工程技术适宜性模糊评价

摘    要:节水灌溉工程决策直接关系到工程的投资规模和工程效益的正常发挥。传统的以定量因素为主的“技术—经济”评价准则,着重于技术目标与经济目标之间的平衡和协调,由于实际工程不仅涉及许多定量指标,也涉及大量定性指标,且各指标之间往往不可公度,使得传统方法不能完全满足工程决策的更高要求。以工程模糊集理论和熵—信息理论为指导,构建了节水灌溉工程系统模糊综合评价熵权数学模型,并结合河南省长葛市实际,对模型及求解方法进行了研究应用。

Abstract:Decision on water-saving irrigation project is related directly with the investment, scale and benefits of the project. Traditional technique-economic evaluation criteria based on quantitative factors only lay stress on the balance and harmony of technique target and economic objectives. The actual project evaluation involves not only quantitative criteria, but also a lot of qualitative criteria, and it is usually in-compare among different criteria. Thus, the traditional method can not meet the high demand of project decision. In this paper, water-saving irrigation system fuzzy comprehensive evaluation entropy mathematical model is established on the basis of engineering fuzzy set theory and entropy, and the modeling is studied and the solution methods are introduced with a case study of a actual project in Changge City, Henan Province.
