稻与李氏禾属间远缘杂交初步研究

摘    要:采用幼胚培养和延续授粉法,使稻×李氏禾属间远缘杂交获得成功.幼胚培养成株率为26%.延续授粉杂交成胚率约为19%,比常规1次授粉杂交提高14%,并且可以直接获得结实饱满的杂种种子,平均结实率为6.2%.1985-1989年共获得 F_1绿苗236株,成株108株.从杂交后代已获得双胚菌、雄性不育、高柱头外露和高抗稻瘟病的育种种质.

Abstract:By means of the young embryo culture and the continual pollinating,the hybridization between Oryza and Leeria has been acheived successfully.On the average,twenty-six percent of cultured embryos germinated to green seedlings.Ninety percent of total pollinated spikelets produces young embryos by con- tinual pollination,which is 14% higher than that produced by the conventional method(i.e.pollinating once),and 6.2% of spikelets developed to normal seeds.From 1985 to 1989,two hundred and thirty-six green seedlings were obtained and one hundred and eight of them survived after being transplanted to the field. From the generations derived from the crossed of rice×Leeria,lots of segregating plants with some benifitial characters such as double-embryo seed,male sterile,high stigma exsertion and high resistance to rice blast were selected,which could be useful to rice breeding program in the future.
