摘    要:为阐明重金属在银杏(Ginkgo biloba L.)根尖微区中的富积特性及对其它选择性吸收离子的作用机理,采用X线电子探针技术研究Cd、Pb对银杏根系中离子微域分布的影响。结果表明,Cd、Pb处理后在表皮、皮层、韧皮部和木质部细胞中均可发现Cd2+、Pb2+的积累。Cd、Pb胁迫显著地影响了根系微区的离子分布,使细胞中大多离子的稳态受到破坏,是Cd、Pb对植物产生毒害的机制之一。同时Ca2+和K+在根系微区不同组织中均呈现出较强的峰,Ca2+和K+稳态的维持显示银杏对Cd、Pb胁迫可能具有较强的耐性机制。
