国内外婴幼儿配方奶粉激素含量比较

目的]对国内外婴幼儿配方奶粉中的16种激素含量进行比较。方法]采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法分别测定样品中8种糖皮质激素和8种性激素的含量；分别对国内外婴幼儿配方奶粉中16种激素的检测结果、检出率、含量范围进行比较。结果]16种激素中有15种未检出；国产奶粉和进口奶粉的黄体酮检出率分别为97%和95%，含量主要在20μg/kg（含20μg/kg）以下；在20～60μg/kg之间的，国产奶粉有11个样品，进口奶粉有2个样品，超出90μg/kg的只有2个进口奶粉样品。结论]16种激素物质中，有15种在国内外婴幼儿配方奶粉中均没发现，而黄体酮在国内外婴幼儿配方奶粉中具有一定的普遍性，而且其含量范围有一定的相似性。

Comparison of Hormone Content in Domestic and Foreign Infant Formula Milk Powder

Objective]Comparison of 16 kinds of hormone content in domestic and foreign infant formula milk powder. Method]8 kinds of glucocorticoids and 8 kinds of sex hormones in samples were determined by HPLC-MS/MS. Comparison of the detection results, the detection rate and the content range of 16 kinds of hormones in domestic and foreign infant formula milk powder. Result] In 16 kinds of hormones, there are 15 kinds not detected. The detection rates of progesterone in domestic milk powder and foreign milk powder are 97% and 95% respectively;progesterone levels mainly below in 20 μg/kg（including 20μg/kg）;between 20~60 μg/kg,there are 11 samples of domestic milk powder and 2 samples of foreign milk powder,only 2 foreign milk powder samples are over 90 μg/kg.Conclusion]15 kinds of hormones within 16 kinds has not been found in domestic and foreign infant formula milk powder, while the progesterone is universal both in domestic and foreign infant formula milk powder,and the range of content have similarity.
