摘    要:采用盆栽方式研究了不同浓度的尿素、硝酸钙和硫酸铵以及硝酸钙和硫酸铵的不同配比对韭菜产量、硝酸盐含量和营养品质的影响。结果表明,3种肥料中,尿素可提高韭菜产量和可溶性蛋白含量,硝酸钙提高维生素C含量,硫酸铵提高可溶性糖含量、降低硝酸盐含量。分别使用0.6%尿素、0.4%硫酸铵、0.6%硝酸钙,以及3:2和2:3的硝铵比进行追肥处理,对提高韭菜产量,降低硝酸盐含量,增加维生素C、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量的效果最好。

Abstract:Potted experiments were carried out to explore the effects of urea,calcium nitrate,ammonium sulfate and combined applications of calcium nitrate and ammonium sulfate on the yield,nitratecontent and the nutritive quality of Chinese chive.The results showed that the urea promoted the yield and the soluble protein,and calcium nitrate increased vitamine C content,while the ammonium sulfate increased soluble sugar and decreased nitrate content.The treatments of 0.6% urea,0.4% ammonium sulfate,0.6% calcium nitrate,and the ratio of calcium nitrate and ammonium sulfate at 3: 2 or 2: 3 had the best effects on increasing the yield,decreasing the nitrate content,and raised vitamine C,soluble sugar and soluble protein contents.
