针对成龄茶园茶叶单产低,质量差的现状,分析影响成龄茶园产量质量的主要因素为茶园建立时土壤基础不牢,简单垦植及栽后管理水平低等,并提出解决问题的关键措施：加强成龄茶园肥水管理,适度修剪和嫁接换种恢复树势,合理采摘,注重病虫害防治及严抓茶叶加工质量关等。
