青霉素G钠在家兔体内组织动力学与残留的研究

摘    要:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法研究了青霉素G钠在家兔多种组织中的动力学过程。家兔单剂量肌注青霉素G钠后,青霉素G钠在组织中的经时过程:肝、肾、心符合一级吸收的三项指数方程,肺、肌肉符合一级吸收的二项指数方程。青霉素G钠的组织浓度顺序为肾>肺>心>肌内>肝。用药后组织中药物浓度下降至0.01ppm所需时间,肝、肾、心、肺、肌肉分别为24.862、14.842、10.208、4.074、16.743小时。青霉素G钠在兔体内的最短休药期为1.5天。

Abstract:Pharmacokinetics processes of benzylpenicillin sodium in tissues were studies by HPLC. Following a single injection benzylpenicillin sodium (0.2millions in/kg). The concentration-time course in tissues was conformed to the following triexponential equation with first order absonption for the liver kindey and Heart, inaccord with bioxponential equation for the lung and muscle. The concentration order of Benzylpenicillin in tissues was the kindey, lung heart, muscle and liver. The time for benzylpenicillin sodium levels decreased to 0.01ppm in the liver, kindey, heart, lung and muscle were 24.864, 14.942, 10,208, 4.074. 16.743 (hr) respectively. The shortest withdrawal time for benzylpenicillin sodium in rabbits was one and half days.
