| 摘 要： | 党的十七大报告明确提出:在推进社会主义新农村建设的进程中,要"坚持把发展现代农业、繁荣农村经济作为首要任务"。而要因地制宜,走具有中国特色的农业现代化道路,则要注重提高耕地综合生产能力,健全农村市场和农村社会化服务体系,提高农产品质量等。

| Abstract: | In the 17th National Congress of CPC,it was pointed out that,in the process of promoting construction of new socialist countryside,we should make the development of modern agriculture and rural economic prosperity as a top priority.To local conditions and take the agricultural modernization roads with Chinese characteristics,we should pay attention to improving the overall productivity of farmland,improve the rural market and rural social service system and improve the quality of agricultural products,and so on. |
