摘    要:管道的控制系统是油气管道建设必不可少的部分,对其进行仿真模拟具有重要的工程指导意义。通过K-Spice 软件建立单管泵阀模型,在模型上加入PID 控制进行仿真,同时在SPS 软件上进行相同的单管泵阀模型的PID 控制仿真。通过二者的仿真结果对比分析,验证了K-Spice 软件在模型控制仿真方面的可行性与优异性。K-Spice 软件的PID 控制模型仿真结果较为理想,且更方便、合理,可为后续使用K-Spice 软件进行更复杂的管网系统模型控制仿真提供支持。

Abstract:The control of pipeline is an indispensable part of oil and gas pipeline construction, and its simulation is of important guiding significance. In this paper, a single-tube pump valve model was established by K-Spice software and then added with PID control for simulation. In the meantime, PID control of the same single-tube pump valve model was simulated in SPS software. And their simulation results were comparatively analyzed. It is shown that K-Spice software is feasible and superior in model control simulation, and its PID control model simulation results are more ideal, convenient and reasonable. The research results lay the foundation for the future application of K-Spice software to model control simulation of more complex pipeline network systems.
