干旱胁迫影响玉米穗发育的研究进展

摘    要:气候变化引起干旱等极端天气高强度、高频率发生。玉米的生长发育,尤其是穗的分化与发育,对干旱胁迫的敏感性也同时增加。因此,研究干旱胁迫对玉米穗发育的影响具有重要意义。本文根据调查研究和前人的研究成果,从玉米雌雄穗分化、开花吐丝授粉、子粒发育等3个阶段,对不同程度的干旱胁迫如何影响玉米穗发育进程展开讨论,为玉米的高产、稳产提供理论指导,同时也为玉米抗旱研究提供参考。

Abstract:Climate change could cause high intensity and frequency of extreme weather such as drought. And the sensitivity of maize growth and development, especially the tassel and ear differentiation and development, is continuously increasing to drought stress. Based on our investigations and previous studies, this paper discussed the effect of different drought stress intensity on the development process of maize ear and tassel from three stages, i.e. the differentiation of tassels and ears, tasseling, silking and pollination, and the grains development. The aim is to provide an adaptive theoretical guidance for the high and stable yield of maize, and also to lay an academic foundation f or research on drought resistance of maize.
