摘    要:为了验证开源软件OpenFOAM在化工泵数值计算中的准确性,以OpenFOAM5.0为平台,在0.3 Qd^1.4 Qd(Qd为设计工况流量)的工况范围内对IH型化工离心泵进行稳态和瞬态全流场数值计算。流动控制方程选取标准k-ε湍流模型,稳态和瞬态计算分别采用simpleFoam和pimpleDyMFoam求解器。通过后处理软件ParaView显示计算得到的泵内流速、压力及流线分布,分析泵内旋涡与流动损失的关系,预测计算泵的扬程、输入功率及效率等外特性参数。在同样的计算模型、网格及边界条件下,将开源软件OpenFOAM和商用CFD软件预测计算的泵性能参数与实测结果进行对比,结果表明:OpenFOAM在化工泵性能预测方面有较高的精度。

Abstract:In order to verify the accuracy of open-source software OpenFOAM in the numerical simulation of petrochemical pump, the open-source software OpenFOAM5.0 was used as a platform to perform steady-state and unsteady-state numerical simulation on the full flow field of IH-type petrochemical centrifugal pump in the operating flow rate range of 0.3 Q_d-1.4 Q_d(Q_d is the design flow rate). The standard k-ε turbulence model was adopted in the flow control equation. The simpleFoam and pimpleDyMFoam solvers were used for the steady-state and unsteady-state calculation respectively. ParaView, the postprocessing software in OpenFOAM, was used to display the calculated flow velocity, pressure and streamline distribution, analyze the relationship between the vortex and the flow loss in the pump, and predict and calculate the external performance parameters of the pump, such as head, input power and efficiency. The pump performance parameters predicted by the open-source software OpenFOAM and the commercial CFD software were compared with the measured values under the same calculation model, grid and boundary conditions. It is indicated that OpenFOAM has higher accuracy in the performance prediction of petrochemical pumps.
