浙江慈溪水稻二化螟抗药性研究初报

摘    要:采用毛细管点滴法,测定了浙江慈溪水稻二化螟对4类9种杀虫剂的抗性和敏感性水平。结果表明,该地的二化螟对杀虫双、杀虫单、杀虫安、甲胺磷4种杀虫剂均已产生高水平抗性,对杀螟硫磷已产生中抗,对甲基对硫磷、三唑磷、氰戊菊酯则仍保持敏感水平,同时发现二化螟对氟虫腈极为敏感,对6龄幼虫的LD50仅0.3833μg/g。

Abstract:Resistance level of rice stem borer (Chilo suppressalis Walker) to aeveral conventional insecticides was tested with topical application in Cixi, Zhejiang Province. Results showed high level of resistance appeared to dimhypo and other two derivatives,methamidophos; moderate level of resistance to fenitrothion; but parathionmethyl, triazophos, fenvalerate remained susceptible. The borer was discovered to be extremely susceptible to fipronil with LD50 to 6-instar larvae being 0.3833 μg/g.
