摘    要:RS和G IS技术是开展水土流失快速、准确调查与监测的有效手段。选取河南省中部典型区域,根据区域土地利用类型和水土流失影响因子,建立水土流失分级指标,运用RS和G IS技术获取水土流失影响因子信息并进行空间叠加分析,实现了对区域水土流失状况进行调查、分析和管理,具有快速、准确、客观、经济等优势。采用该研究方法能够及时掌握区域水土流失现状、水土保持治理、水土流失动态变化等信息,为建立水土流失动态监测数据库、实现水土流失动态监测奠定基础,从而促进水土保持与水土资源利用工作的顺利开展。

Case Study on RS-GIS-based Monitoring Method of Soil and Water Loss
Abstract:The techniques of RS and GIS are the effective means of survey and monitoring on soil and water loss in a quick and accurate way.The paper selects a typical region which is in the center of Henan Province,based on the types of regional land use and affecting factors of soil and water loss;seting up grading index,obtains the information of affecting factors of soil and water loss by RS and GIS techniques;then conducts analysis of spatial superposition and achieves survey,analysis and management of the present status of soil and water loss in the region.It has the superiorities on quick,accurate,objective and economic aspects.With the study method,we can know the information of the present status of soil and water loss,soil and water conservation management and dynamic changes of soil and water loss of the region timely.Laying a foundation for establishing a data bank of dynamic monitoring of soil and water loss and achieving dynamic monitoring of soil and water loss,it promotes smooth development of soil and water conservation and water and land resources utilization.
