苹果新品种—华兴的选育

华兴是利用金冠为母本,惠为父本杂交选育而成的中晚熟、红色苹果新品种。该品种果实长圆形或圆锥形,平均单果质量236g,果实底色黄绿,果面鲜红色及浓红条纹;果面光洁,外观漂亮;果肉松脆,汁液多,风味酸甜适口,有香气,可溶性固形物含量14.0%,可溶性糖10.1%,果实硬度8.1kg/cm2,可滴定酸含量0.5%,品质上等。在辽宁兴城果实9月下旬成熟,果实较耐贮藏。抗寒性较强;对苹果斑点落叶病、轮纹病有较强的抗性。早果、丰产。

A new apple cultivar-Huaxing

Huaxing,an early fruiting and high cropping cultivar,was derived from a cross between Golden Delicious × Megumi.The fruit is quite pretty,long-circular or truncate conical shape,smooth and green-yellow skin covered with bright red color,weighing 236 g on average;The flesh is crisp and juicy with pleasant aromatic sour-sweet flavor.The eating quality is excellent,containing soluble solid content of 14.0%,soluble sugar content of 10.1%,0.5% titrable acidity of 0.5%;the fruit firmness is 8.1 kg/cm2,having a good storability.Fruits mature in late September in Xingcheng area,Liaoning province.The trees are hardy,highly resistant to apple alternaria leaf spot and ring rot diseases.
