| 摘 要： | 对海南发展桉树人工林的回顾：海南桉树工业原料林基地建设已成规模．主要措施是：量力而行，求新、求快、求发展；加强同国内外林业合作和交流，实施拿来主义，引进先进技术和良种，为我所用；集资源优势，攻关协作，跨越发展．对关键的问题提出思考；今后的发展：将坚持建设速生丰产林基地为重点，实施可持续发展桉树的经营战略，推广应用高新技术，促进科技创新和体制创新，攀登林业科技新高峰，发展开放型的桉树产业．

| Abstract: | The past development of Eucalyptus plantations in Hainan is reviewed in this article. The author considers that the basa of Eucalyptus plantations for industral raw materials has been constructed on a large scale through a series of measures. Some problems arose from the past development are discussed and suggestions for the future development are made in this article as well. |
