基于虚拟样机技术的扭杆悬架汽车平顺性仿真

摘    要:运用面向整车系统的数字化虚拟样机技术和大型机械系统动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立了包括前后悬架、轮胎、转向系统及整车的多体动力学模型。用Visual Basic编制了路面生成文件,生成不同等级的随机路面。对整车进行了随机输入平顺性仿真分析,把仿真数据输入编制的平顺性仿真程序中,发现结果满足国家规定的汽车平顺性评价标准。

Abstract:Applying the vehicle-system-oriented numerical virtual prototype technology, the multi-body dynamic models of front suspension, rear suspension, tire, the steering system and a complete vehicle are created with ADAMS software. The road-generating program and their corresponding different rank road are gained with Visual Basic. Ride performance with random inputs is simulated and analyzed. It is found out that the result satisfies the national automobile smoothness evaluation criteria by inputting the simulation results to the program of ride comfort evaluation.
