外源纤维素酶对不同底物下土壤原生纤维素酶活性的影响

摘    要:研究了分别以CMC(羧甲基纤维素钠)、玉米秸秆、小麦秸秆作底物情况下,土壤中施加外源纤维素酶对土壤原生酶活性及其底物酶解率的影响。结果表明:以CMC为底物时,加酶处理的各项酶活与酶解率一直明显高于不加酶处理,加酶处理总的最大酶解率与其土壤部分的最大酶解率分别为1.39%和1.22%,不加酶处理的为0.73%。在以玉米秸秆与小麦秸秆为底物时,加酶处理的总酶活与总酶解率一直明显高于不加酶处理,而加酶处理中的土壤自身酶活与酶解率在前2d明显高于不加酶处理。两种秸秆加酶处理的酶解率均在第2天达到最高值,不加酶处理的在第4天达到最高值。玉米秸秆加酶处理总的最大酶解率与其土壤部分的最大酶解率分别为0.45%和0.28%,不加酶处理的为0.26%;小麦秸秆加酶处理总的最大酶解率与其土壤部分的最大酶解率分别为0.49%和0.33%,不加酶处理的为0.28%。3种底物下土壤酶活与酶解率大小顺序为CMC>小麦秸秆>玉米秸秆。

Abstract:To explore a newway of improving the utilization ratio of crop straws in the soil, the effort of exogenous cellulase in the soil on nativeenzyme activity and the enzymatic hydrolysis, which was based on the different substrates of CMC from corn straws and wheat straws, wasresearched. The research results indicated that: under the CMC substrate, the enzyme activity and enzymatic hydrolysis in the soil withexogenous cellulase were obviously higher than that in without exogenous cellulase, the total max enzymatic hydrolysis and the part of soil nativeenzymatic hydrolysis was 1.39 % and 1.22 %, the no-enzyme soil's was 0.73 %. When under the corn straws and wheat straws, the total enzymeactivityand enzymatic hydrolysis in the soil with out-cellulase were higher than that in the no-enzyme soil, but the soil native enzyme activity andenzymatic hydrolysis with out-cellulase were only higher than the no-enzyme soil in the first two days. Under corn straws, the total max enzymatichydrolysis and the part ofsoil native enzymatic hydrolysis was 0.45 % and 0.28 % in the second day, the no-enzyme soil's was 0.26 % in the forthday; under wheat straws, the total max enzymatic hydrolysis and the part of soil native enzymatic hydrolysis was 0.49 % and 0.33 % in the secondday, the no-enzyme soil's was 0.28 % in the forth day. Compacting with the three substrates of soil enzyme activity and enzymatic hydrolysis, theorder was that CMC>corn straws>wheat straws.
