黑穗醋栗腺体的研究

摘    要:研究结果表明,1)厚度品种植株地上幼嫩部分表面普遍有腺体产生,形如铜钮扣收,大小为70~180μm.分布密度为42~45个/cm2;2)切片现察,腺体起源于器官的原表皮层,由腺体原始细胞分化产生,由基细胞、柄和头部分泌细胞组成;3)腺体分泌细胞表面具发达的角质层,后期角质层与分泌细胞脱离,分泌物贮存于其中,最后角质层破裂释放出分泌物质.

Abstract:The gland is generally produced on the surface of the young part above ground in“thick-Skin”cultivar, the shaqe of which is like a button, the size is 70 to 80μm and the density is 42 to 45 every square centimetre.2.The gland originates in the cpidcrmis, differenuates from its primary cell and consists of basal cell、handle cell and secretory cell.3 The surface of the secretory cell of the gland has developed cuticle. In the later stage,the cuticle is isolated from the secretory cell,then secretory substance is stored between them,and finally cuticle ruptures and releases secretory substances.
