内燃机工作过程模拟计算结果的准确性分析及应用

摘    要:介绍了目前国内外常用的内燃机工作过程模拟计算软件,初步分析了各种软件在使用过程中误差产生的原因。利用AVL BOOST软件,基于一台缸径为95 mm的小缸径增压中冷柴油机,计算了两种不同平均机械损失压力经验公式和燃烧过程参数m值、燃烧持续期对发动机性能的影响,并模拟了三种不同燃烧组织方案。通过计算结果分析,探讨了使用工程模拟软件过程中如何提高计算结果准确性等相关问题。

Abstract:This paper introduced the general simulation software of engine working process at present and preliminarily analyzed how tolerance comes about during the using of above software.Using AVL BOOST,based on a turbocharged and inter-cooled diesel engine with a bore diameter of 95 mm,the influence of two different empirical formula of mean mechanical loss pressure,combustion shape parameters "m" and combustion duration on the diesel performance were calculated,then three different kinds of combustion arrangements were simulated.Finally the calculation results were analyzed to demonstrate the related issues on increasing simulation accuracy.
