Asthe agricultural and industrial demands for water continues to grow,the efficient usce ofavailable water stipplics becomes more imperative. Bascd on“Agricultural ProductionFunctions in Yellow Rivcr Basin”.This paper not only discusses the principles of allocatingwater rcsource,but also workes out the rational disposition programme of agricultural wa-ter resource for arcas,for kinds of crops and for crop growth pcriods。 |
