| 摘 要： | 欧洲型猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒（Porcinereproductiveandrespiratorysyndromevirus，PRRSV）FJ0602和FJ0603株的ORF4～7基因进行了分段克隆、序列测定及同源性比较。结果显示，FJ0602和FJ0603株与LV核苷酸同源性为95．2％和95．3％，与VR2332核苷酸同源性为67．1％和66．9％，证实FJ0602和FJ0603株均为欧洲型PRRSV；与欧洲型弱毒疫苗株AmervacPRRSV有高度同源性，达到98．6％以上，提示分离毒PRRSVFJ0602和FJ0603株可能由疫苗株演化而来。FJ0602和FJ0603之间的核苷酸同源性为99．6％，表明这2毒株亲缘关系很近，很可能来源于同一毒株。

| Abstract: | The ORF 4-7 genes for the PRRSV-FJ0602 and the PRRSV-FJ0603 were cloned, se- quenced and compared with those of other seventeen different PRRSV strains in GenBank by DNAstar software. The results showed that the nucleotide homology of ORF4-7 was 95.2 % and 95.3% with Lelystad virus,67.1% and 66.9% with VR2332,beyond 98.6% with the European type vaccine strain （Amervac PRRSV）, and 99.6% with each other,indicating that the PRRSV- FJ0602 and the PRRSV-FJ0603 belong to European type PRRSV and inherite from vaccine strain probably. |
