新农村建设科技需求与保障体系分析

新农村建设中农业和农民都发生了新的变化,农业主要体现在经营方式的变化,农业产业化发展要求农业生产实现专业化、标准化和规模化经营;农民主要表现为要具备更高的自身素质:一是掌握生产优质农产品技术,二是及时掌握农产品市场信息,三是要掌握高新技术,四是需要有组织规模生产的能力。由此,要求农村建立九大科技支撑体系,四大投融资途径和三类运行机制模式。

Demands for Science and Technoloy in New Rural Construction and Its Guarantee System Analysis

Great change has taken place both for the agriculture and the farmers.For the agriculture,the change appears in the mangement style,in which agri-industrialization requires specializational,standardization and adminiseration in large scale;As for the farmers they are required to be higher quality.Namely,to master new technology for fine quality product's production;To get in time market information for farm product;To be capable to use high and new technology and to be capable to organize large scale production.On the above meationed purposes,nine systems of science and technology,foure ways for investigation and financial colletion,and three administration models are designed.
