NaCl处理对番茄幼苗生长和有机渗透物含量的影响及其相关性研究

摘    要:试验以离体番茄幼苗为材料,研究了不同浓度NaCl处理对其生长、生根、含水量、根冠比以及脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量的影响.结果表明:番茄幼苗的株高、增殖倍数、根长以及根数均随NaCl浓度的增加而下降,首先表现出抑制的是根长,其次为生根数;随着NaCl浓度的增加,幼苗含水量先增加后减少;脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量持续显著增加;而根冠比和可溶性蛋白随NaCl浓度增加而下降.相关分析表明,NaCl处理后,番茄幼苗中可溶性糖含量与株高、增殖倍数、生根数间呈负相关(p≤1%),脯氨酸含量与株高、增殖倍数、根长、生根数间呈负相关(P≤1%);可溶性蛋白与株高、根长间呈正相关(p≤1%),各生长指标间呈正相关(p≤1%).

Studies on Effects of NaCl Stress on Tomato Seedling's Growth and Organic Osmatic Content and the Pertinence
Abstract:In this reseach, using tomato seedling in vitro as materials, effects of different NaCl treatments on its growth, rooting, water content, root/shoot and the content of proline, soluble sugar and soluble protein were studied. Results showed: tomato seedling's heigth, multiplication times, root length and the root numbers decreased with the NaCl content increasing, and the root length were restricted firstly, then the root numbers. With the NaCl content increasing, water content of seedling increased at first, and then decreased, proline and soluble sugar increased significantly, while the ratio of root to shoot and soluble protein decreased. Correlative analysis showed that the soluble sugar content was negatively correlated with the height, multiplication times and root length of tomato seedling which was under NaCl treatment(p≤1%) ;proline content was negatively correlated with the height, multiplication times, root length and root number(p≤1%) jsoluble protein was positively correlated with the height and root length(p≤1%). Each growing indexes had positive relationship(p≤1%).
