小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)游离小孢子发育及花粉胚发生的初步研究

摘    要:本文研究了小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)游离小孢子启动、多细胞花粉和愈伤组织形成、以及胚状体发生的过程。结果发现:1.小麦游离小孢子第一次有丝分裂的方式与小孢子发育时期有关;2.游离小孢子不等分裂后营养细胞的再分裂过程与小孢子均等分裂非常相似,两者的命运也非常相似;3.小麦游离小孢子能够形成胚状体,其主要是由三细胞原胚或“胚性多细胞团”发育而成。

Abstract:The androgenesis of pollen grains and embryoid initiation in wheat(Triticum aestivum L. ) were observed in vitro. Pollen grain culturedcould form embryoid which originated in three-celled proembryo or embryo-genetic multicellular ball. The main pattern of the first mitosis in pollengrains cultured depended on stages of microspere development, but theresults had very little or no difference whether they were from equallydivided pollens or from vegetative cells in unequally divided pollens.
