Abstract:Five mycorrhizal inoculation methods were tested on Eucalyptus seedlings. All of them were effective. The mycorrhizal infection percentage of seedling reached 10 %~-48%. Among them, inoculations of the VA mycorrhizal fungi (Glomus mosseae and G. epigaeum) and the Pisolithus tinctorius spores were best with an increase of over 103 %~247 % in seedling height and 180 %~193 % in ground level diameter than that of the check. When the seedlings were inoculated in the tubes, seedling height increased by 10 %~53 % than that of the check. Nursery testing results showed that the inoculation on cuttings of Eucalyptus ABL 12 with "Mycobeads" might increase 16.8 %~21.9 % in seedling height and 21.2 %~39.5 % in dry weight of the seedlings.
