| 摘 要： | 培训服务是科技企业孵化的关键环节。该文阐述了科技企业孵化器企业培训服务的意义,认为培训服务有助于孵化器培育优秀的企业和企业家,也是孵化器升级服务的要求;总结了当前孵化器企业培训服务的现状及其存在的主要问题,同时针对性不强的问题提出了重视企业培训服务工作、丰富企业培训服务的形式的建议。

| Abstract: | Training service is the key link of sci-tech enterprises incubation.This paper described the significances of the training service of high-tech business incubator enterprises.Training service contribute to the cultivation of enterprises and entrepreneurs,and it is the requirement to the update service of incubator.The situations and the existing problems of training service of high-tech business incubator enterprises were summarized in this paper.Meanwhile,the suggestions solving the problems were put forward. |
