摘    要:以小型流化床做反应器,采用高铝矾土做床料,将玉米秸秆、松木屑等4种物料分别在500℃下进行热解,将热解气液化后得到的生物油进行成分分析。结果表明:不同种类生物油主要组分基本相同,都是酸类物质含量最多,但具体化合物种类及其相对含量具有一定的差异;玉米秸秆生物油中乙酸含量最大,其余主要是2-呋喃乙醇、2-环戊烯酮、苯酚及其衍生物,另外3种生物油羟基乙酸含量最大,苯酚类物质在不同生物油中含量相差不大,其中稻壳生物油含有较多的3,4-二羟基甲苯;大量醛、酮取代基苯酚类化合物的存在证明了生物油具有高的含氧量和亲水性,使得生物油含水率高而且不易除去。

Abstract:To research the effect of feedstock on bio-oil component, the fast pyrolysis experiments were done for four kinds of materials with a small fluidized bed at 500℃, in which the high bauxite was the bed material. And bio-oil, pyrolysis liquid product, was analyzed by Gas Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer-computer (GC/MS). The results showed that: the major components of different types of bio-oil were basically the same, and the acid was the maximum content among them, but to some extent, the specific chemical species and their relative content were different. Acetic acid of corn stalk bio-oil was the highest content and 2-furan ethanol, 2- cyclopentenone, phenol and their derivatives were a larger proportion. For the other three kinds of bio-oil, glycolic acid was their maximum content. In addition, the content of phenol substances was almost the same in the different bio-oils and rice husk bio-oil contains more 3,4-dihydroxy toluene. Moreover, the presence of a large number of aldehydes, ketones and phenols substituted benzene compound proves that the bio-oil has a high oxygen content and hydrophilic, which result in high moisture of the bio-oil and difficult to remove.
