高职院校法律专业人才培养模式探析

目前我国高职法学教育自身定位模糊，人才培养目标不明确，教学内容及课程设置因循守旧，脱离实际需要，而且教学方式和教学手段单一，不能适应时代要求。我们一方面要增强人才培养的针对性，准确实现高职法学教育定位，注重人才培养的复合性，准确把握市场对高职法学人才类型的需求，另一方面要强化人才培养的应用性，提高高职法学人才专业基本素质突出人才培养的实践性，使高职法学人才能迅速适应社会需求。

On the legal talents training mode about higher vocational and technical education

The Legal Education of China＇s higher vocational and technical education in the fuzzy self-positioning,and personnel training objectives is not clear,the teaching contents and curriculum following the beaten track and out of practical needs,but also a means of teaching methods and teaching a single,can not meet the requirements of the times.On the one hand,we have to enhance the training of specific,accurate and vocational and technical education to achieve higher legal education in the position ,pay attention to personnel training complex ,an accurate grasp of market demand for the type of personnel, personnel training, on the other hand to strengthen the application of to improve the basic quality of human resources professionals to highlight the practical training to the Legal Education of higher vocational and technical education can adapt quickly to the needs of society.
