腐植酸类肥料对银杏叶黄酮含量的影响

摘    要:为了对银杏叶开发提供理论依据,研究了腐植酸复合肥对银杏叶黄酮含量的影响。结果表明:施肥能显著提高银杏叶黄酮含量,在投入养分量相等的条件下,腐植酸复合肥处理的银杏叶黄酮含量比无机肥处理的高。银杏叶黄酮含量与腐植酸复合肥用量呈显著二次函数关系,645kg/hm2为适宜用量,黄酮含量最高,与其它处理比较差异显著。

Abstract:The content of flavonoids in ginkgo biloba leaf influenced by humic acid fertilizer(HAF) was studied in this article. The result showed that: Using fertilizer or not had significant influence on the content of flavonoids in the leaf of ginkgo biloba. At the same nutrition level, the flavonoids content treated by the HAF was higher than what was treated by the chemical fertilizer (CF). There was a significant quadric relationship between the content of flavonoids in ginkgo biloba leaf and the dosage of HAF. And there was a proper dosage which was 645 kg/hm~2,under this treatment, the content of flavonoids in ginkgo biloba leaf was the highest, and had significant difference from other treatments′.
